DUE TO THE INCREASED VOLUME OF ARTS AND CRAFTS CONSIGNED TO THE TRIM- A-TREE EVENT, WE MUST INSIST THAT THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES BE FOLLOWED BY ALL PARTICIPANTS.

1.) CODE:  Call The Center to confirm your code or to have one assigned.  2 5 1 - 9 4 3 - 4 3 8 1  email: foleypaa@gmail.com

2.) PRICE TAGS:  Purchase either the approved String Tags or Sticky Tags for $3.00 per 100 from the Art Center.  Consistency in tags facilitate  record keeping and accuracy in posting sales to you. Tags may be mailed if needed .

3.) INK COLOR: Mark all tickets in BLUE or BLACK ink .

4.) INVENTORY SHEETS:  All items are to appear on the Inventory Sheet.  You may make copies of the one included or we can mail you additional ones.  Have the Inventory Sheet completed and items tagged BEFORE your scheduled CHECK-IN appointment.  Please take care not to duplicate item numbers.

5.) CHECK-IN APPOINTMENTS: Call to schedule an appointment for check - in and pick up of you r items.  You may arrive early to complete needed paper work . You may mail your  items to us UPS or USPS .

6.) MEMBERSHIP/INVENTORY: Membership must be current. Membership runs from October - September.  A copy of your Inventory Sheet will be provided to you. A copy of your sales will be mailed with your check.
